Hollis Milton, superintendent of West Feliciana Parish Schools, will be the speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, Aug. 3. Milton, who is the newly appointed president of the Louisiana Association of School Superintendents, will discuss the law requiring all high school students in Louisiana to take the ACT and the status of student ACT scores as well as new school year issues.
