Zeringue will speak about coastal issues at April 28 Press Club

Jerome Zeringue, Gov. Jindal’s executive assistant for coastal activities and chair of the Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority, will be the speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, April 28. Zeringue will talk about coastal issues, hurricane preparedness and proposed legislation now before the Louisiana Legislature. Press Club meets on Mondays in the Iberville Room at the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel, which is located at 102 France St. Parking is free in the garage off Mayflower Street. Lunch, which is served at 11:30 a.m., is $12 for members and $15 for nonmembers. Lane will speak about GM recalls at April 21 Press Club

Eric Lane, president of Gerry Lane Enterprises, will be the speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, April 21. New LCTC system president, Monty Sullivan, will speak at April 14 Press Club

Monty Sullivan, the new president of the Louisiana Community and Technical College System, will be the speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, April 14. Sullivan will share his vision on the importance of higher education in solving pressing needs of industry and communities across Louisiana. He has more than 25 years of experience in higher education systems, and says his main focus is on workforce and economic development.
