Louisiana Inspector General Stephen Street will speak to the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, May 16. Street has served as the state inspector general since 2008. His office is tasked with rooting out fraud, waste and corruption in state government in Louisiana. Street will discuss the successes of his office during his tenure, as well as a potential bill in this year’s legislative session that would eliminate funding for his office.
