East Baton Rouge Councilwoman Tara Wicker will speak at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, June 17. Wicker will discuss a proposed ordinance on short-term property rentals across the parish. The discussion started with Spanish Town and now is expected to include the entire city-parish.
