LSU pollster to speak at Press Club on Oct. 29

Mike Henderson, director of the LSU Manship School of Communication’s Public Policy Research Lab, will be the guest speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge’s meeting on Monday, Oct. 29. He will speak about the Cook Political Report-LSU Manship Midterms Poll, which shows that Democrats hold a lead over Republicans in battleground districts that will decide control of the U.S. House of Representatives. Henderson, the lead researcher, will discuss the results of the national poll and its future impact. Press Club meets on Mondays at the Belle of Baton Rouge Hotel, which is located at 102 France St., in the East and West Baton Rouge Room.
