Kevin Davis, the director of the Governor’s Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness (GOHSEP), will be the speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, July 13. Davis will discuss approaching the heart of hurricane activity, the 10th anniversary of Katrina and Rita and a recap of the Red River flooding events.
