Officials from the Louisiana Budget Project will be the guest speakers at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, May 2. Jan Moller, executive director, is scheduled to testify before the Legislature that morning. But pinch hitting for him, if necessary, will be deputy executive director Stacey Roussel and public affairs director Davante Lewis. They will discuss the state budget, the post-pandemic changes to the Medicaid program and predatory payday lending.
