Jack Montoucet, secretary of the Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries, will be the guest speaker at the Press Club of Baton Rouge on Monday, May 10. He will be joined by Undersecretary Bryan McClinton. They will be discussing the agency’s proposal to restructure and increase hunting and fishing licensing fees. Press Club meets on Mondays at Drusilla Seafood Restaurant, which is located at the Drusilla Shopping Center at Drusilla Drive and Jefferson Hwy. Lunch, which is served at noon, is $20 for members and $25 for nonmembers. Doors open at 11:30 a.m. The public is invited, but only members of the Press Club and the news media are allowed to ask questions during the question-and-answer portion of the program. There will be social distancing, and masks will be required except when eating.
